When through a Nolan marathon last night I have to say. Nolan can't make a bad movie!
This is possibly one of the only perfect films I have ever seen. It is absolutely confident in every way, something which is extremely refreshing, even more so than Avatar. Christopher Nolan gets some slack for making great to look at but ultimately heartless affairs, which I for one do not agree with, however I do not think anyone can argue that here. The emotional aspect of this film not only ties it all together but is really the centrer of this film, it is the focus.
There is only one word to describe the cinematography, the set designs and the special effects, and that is Brilliant! You don't just watch the scenes happening, you feel them. The movie is a real thrill ride. The action scenes are well pictured and the music by Hans Zimmer is electronically haunting. Never, in the runtime of the movie, you will get a chance to move your eyes from the screen to any other object.

Inception quotes. I'm not very into violence or "Matrix" type plots. I wasn't actually going to watch this movie, but it had DiCaprio and Cotillard, both of whom are just unbelievably good actors, so I finally decided to give it a try. The dream-scape imagery was pretty interesting when it wasn't blowing up or crashing. I really liked the Robert Fisher character who played out the emotional struggle of coming to terms with the death of a non-loving parent well. The end tripped me out! The key players all appeared to wake up on the airplane, Dom made it through the entry port without a problem and got home safely, and then his children were "exactly" the same as they had been when he last saw them, clothes and all! It seems like he was actually still dreaming, but this time without Mal.
